A Very Unusual Senior Prom

This year, the freshman class of Rancho Solano Preparatory School visited the LifeCare Center of Glendale to entertain and dance with the senior citizens living there in what Rancho calls the "Senior Prom."

Hillcrest Middle School Band Concert and Memorial Day Celebration

Wednesday, May 26th - Please join us for our Middle School Band Concert and Memorial Day Celebration, Wednesday, May 26th - 2:45-3:30PM in the Cafetorium with three Patriotic pieces: America the Beautiful, This Is My Country, and Armed Forces on Parade (playing the songs of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines). RSPS Earns Top Spot in Annual Meritas Academic Olympiad

Under the coaching of  Laurie Cuda, chair of the RSPS Humanities Department, and the direction of Tom Putz, the Greenway Middle School administrator, Rancho returned to the Meritas Academic Olympiad and successfully defended its title. More >

Rancho Students Participate in Pat's Run

Rancho Solano students and staff took part in the annual Pat’s Run in Tempe on Saturday April 17th. Pat’s Run is held in honor of Pat Tillman, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2004 while serving in the 75th Ranger Regiment. The 4.2 mile run ends on the 42 yard line of Sun Devil Stadium; Pat Tillman wore #42 for the Arizona State University football team and later played for the Arizona Cardinals before enlisting after 9/11.
