Athletic Program

Integrated into everyday school life, our Athletic Program strengthens both mind and body, giving every student the opportunity to stay active, build skills, and develop healthy habits.

From Grades 5 through 12, students can pursue a wide range of competitive and non-competitive sports, honing their abilities as scholar-athletes. They learn to strive for excellence, work as a team, and uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship.
 

Guided by highly qualified coaches, students master fundamental techniques while cultivating discipline, resilience, and character - qualities that lead to lifelong success.

Designed to mirror NCAA Division I training environments, the weight room offers racks, platforms, dumbbells, free weights, and Vertimax systems. These resources allow athletes to train safely, build strength, and reach peak performance.

Serving as a hub for boys’ and girls’ soccer as well as flag football, the field features seating for 500, high-quality natural grass, and scenic surroundings. Its layout and upkeep make it ideal for daily practices, school competitions, and large tournaments.

Brainbook is a required concussion education course for all high school athletesEach student must complete it once during their high school career. 

Athletes may participate only after all eligibility documentation is submitted and cleared by the Athletic Department.
