International Day
Students at Rancho Solano Preparatory School travel safely and conveniently - thanks to our partnership with Reliable Shuttle Transportation. Offering both external pickup from key Scottsdale and Phoenix locations and intra-campus shuttles between campuses, our service gives families peace of mind and flexibility throughout the school day.
Shuttle optionsAt our international school in Scottsdale, transportation services include two daily options to meet family needs.
Pickup and drop-off times are aligned with the school schedule to ensure safe and reliable travel. Morning pickups from designated locations begin at 7am, while afternoon departures are at 3:15pm from the Lower Campus and 3:30pm from the Upper Campus, providing maximum convenience for families.
All shuttles are fully supervised by trained adults
Drivers undergo background checks and follow strict safety protocols
Emergency contact procedures are in place for added reassurance
If a student misses the shuttle, parents will be contacted immediately. Families are responsible for arranging alternate transportation for that day. Students can resume using the shuttle service the next scheduled trip.
Any delays, cancellations, or schedule changes are communicated promptly via email, text message, or the school’s parent portal to ensure families are informed in real time.
Yes. Students may ride the shuttle unaccompanied, as all trips are fully supervised by trained adults. Parents are informed of drop-off and pick-up procedures to ensure student safety at all times.
