In this brand new programme you will have the opportunity to watch your child grow their creative confidence as they dive into an enriching art framework exclusively designed by the ILOS team for students and teachers of ISP Artists. This framework will allow students to explore their creativity as they familiarise themselves with different techniques, mediums and themes. Additionally, students will participate in two live-streamed sessions facilitated by experts in the field who will support the students in developing their creative confidence.

ISP Changemakers, formerly known as ISP Futures, provides schools with tools and methodologies for developing projects focused on social impact. This will enable communities to take action to address strategic issues relevant to their group and their future.

I love chess and having the opportunity to get better at it through tournaments is simply amazing. You can share ideas about moves and your style of playing at the same time as playing, you can play with people you don't know and all of that with no material needed, just a computer.

ISP Cultural Exchange
ISP Cultural Exchange encourages reciprocal exchange across regions where ISP schools are located. The aim is to offer students the opportunity to experience a culture different from their own through a homestay and attending another ISP school for a month.

Students at Rancho Solano Preparatory School extend their day through after-school care and enrichment programs. They explore clubs, arts, athletics, and STEM activities in a safe, supervised environment from dismissal until 5.30pm.

At Rancho Solano, High School students are encouraged to participate in community service, which helps them develop compassion, self-awareness, self-esteem, professional skills, and academic growth. The 11th-grade service trip offers hands-on experiences including working on an ecological farm, assisting at an orphanage, and supporting local schools, followed by reflective journaling on tasks, lessons learned, and community impact. Many school clubs also focus on service - Angel Club supports Phoenix Children’s Hospital through drives and fundraising, the National Honor Society hosts blood drives for local hospitals, and each fall, club leaders collaborate on student-led service initiatives, demonstrating the students’ collective commitment to making a positive impact.

At Rancho Solano, we emphasize character education, teaching our students to become responsible, engaged citizens of the world. Our curriculum integrates the Rancho Five – Respectful, Responsible, Polite, Considerate, Successful – and extends learning beyond the classroom through meaningful real-world experiences. Community service is a key part of this approach, with our Diversity & Inclusion Group and Student Government (STUGO) actively organizing and participating in fundraising and awareness initiatives.

Rehema Children’s Home in Kenya provides a safe haven for children who have been orphaned, neglected, escaping early marriage, or subjected to physical abuse. Since 2019, Rancho Solano Preparatory School has proudly partnered with and supported Rehema Children’s Home.
In collaboration with the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, our community has generously contributed to several initiatives. In 2020, donations funded the construction of a dormitory, greatly improving living conditions. Contributions in 2021 supported education programs and income-generating projects.
During 2022 and 2023, due to COVID-19, our focus shifted to supporting health and education initiatives. In 2024, efforts returned to completing income-generating projects, helping Rehema move closer to its long-term goal of becoming self-sustaining.
Looking ahead to 2025, we aim to continue funding essential health, education, and staffing initiatives. If funding allows, we plan to launch an on-site trade skills training program, providing children with practical skills in agriculture, dressmaking, carpentry, and more. Your donations help provide a safe home, healthcare, and education for these children.
